Monitors and addresses public policy issues affecting real estate at the local level. The committee ensures that the interests of Realtors and private property rights are represented by evaluating local ordinances, proposals, initiatives, and by recommending action when appropriate.

A task force under the Local Issues Committee. Connect with members on the importance of investment in RPAC, work with staff on fundraising and recognition for RPAC investors.

Supports and promotes high standards of professionalism by recommending and developing educational opportunities for BMBOR members.

To identify and recruit candidates for Leadership Positions for the BMBOR Board of Directors.
Plans BMBOR's Annual Inaugural Celebration, recognizing incoming leadership and honoring association award recipients.
Supports and enhances the REALTOR brand in the Bismarck-Mandan region by reviewing and advising on BMBOR's advertising, public outreach, and marketing efforts that promote REALTORS and the value they provide to the community.
